Took my car in your dealership Jan17 because block heater didn't work car kept overnight because car was frozen solid after they got it start and a bill of $715.75 drove home to my house at 13112-81 edm next morning got up car wouldn't go into gear and transmission making a terrible noise call Darren service he'll send a tow truck fifteen minutes after they looked at the car called said transmission shot no parts available so they said and a new one was 120000 Darren said well it worked when it left here took it A&C transmission they pull the transmission and got the parts the next day remember what I said prior they said that the car must have been frozen solid and that when they got it started they held it to the floor and blew the bearing right of clutch assembly when it was all said and done that bill was $3900.75 O and that 15 minutes when they said transmission shot that bill was $175.45 was not impressed with the service or the professionalism I wouldn't recommend your dealership to my friends and family
